Jodie Hicks has already proven herself to be one of the Australia's most talented young cricketers.
The allrounder was selected in Australia's under-18 honours squad in early 2015, after an impressive performance at the female national championships in Ballarat where she 151 runs at an average of 18.9 for ACT/NSW Country in the week-long tournament and took seven wickets at 19.3.
Her top score of 49 was against Western Australia in the final pool match.
Hicks has subsequently selected to attend a Cricket Australia under-18 talent camp and is one of the ACT Meteors' bright young talents heading into 2015-16 season.
