Nigar Sultana Joty is a talented wicketkeeper batswoman who made her T20I and ODI debuts against Pakistan in 2015.
She was a part of Bangladesh's squad for the 2016 and 2018 editions of the T20 World Cup, also most recently selected for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2020.
Her maiden international ton came against the Maldives during the South Asian Games in December 2019 - a cracking 113 off just 65 balls. During her knock, Nigar was involved in an unbeaten partnership of 236 with Fargana Hoque.
