Wicket Keeper
Penrith born and bred, Kate Pelle is a hard-hitting wicketkeeper-batter who rose through the Cricket NSW pathways.
Pelle helped NSW Metro to the 2022 Under-19 National Championships title and was rewarded with selection in the Australia's 2023 Under-19 T20 World Cup squad.
That in turn led to a Sydney Sixers contract ahead of WBBL|09, where she was thrust into the hotseat early in the season after Alyssa Healy was ruled out of the tournament due to a dog bite and Pelle took the gloves in her place.
Pelle earned her first NSW contract ahead of the 2024-25 summer.
