Australia's official World Cup portraits

Getty Sports photographer Ryan Pierse unveils official portrait images of Australia's 2019 World Cup squad

Australia's World Cup squad stared down the lens of noted Getty Sports photographer Ryan Pierse during their training camp in Brisbane for a portrait session ahead of their departure for Europe at the end of the week.

With David Warner and Steve Smith back in Australian colours and Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins spearheading the bowling group, all 15 players posed for portraits in their World Cup kit.

Australia fly to Turkey on Friday and will visit Gallipoli before heading to England where they will seek to win the nation's sixth World Cup title. Australia's campaign begins against Afghanistan in Bristol on July 1. Australia's World Cup matches and the finals will be broadcast on the Nine Network, while Fox Sports will carry coverage of every match from the 50-over showpiece event.
