Gujarat Lions batsman misses game against Mumbai after his kit bag was left in Rajkot
Finch out due to missing kit bag
Australian Aaron Finch has been left out of Gujarat's match against Mumbai tonight after he arrived at the Wankhede Stadium without his kit bag.
Not sure if you can believe this...Finch isn't playing today because he left his kit in Rajkot🙈🙈 😂🤣🤣 Surely he can borrow?? #MIvGL #IPL

Gujarat Lions captain Suresh Raina confirmed at the toss that Finch's kit was still in Rajkot and hadn’t arrived in Mumbai in time for the match.
"Unfortunately Finchy misses out today because he's lost his kit bag," Raina said with a wry smile. "His kit bag did not arrive on time."
It's not yet clear how Finch's bag became lost but teammate Brendon McCullum seemingly confirmed the Australian was not at fault.
"He didn't forget his gear, that's for sure, but his gear didn't make it from Rajkot," McCullum said.
"Finchy was pretty disappointed about that ... I'm pretty sure that won't happen again. Finchy's gear will be the first one on the bus."
It has been reported that Finch was unable to borrow any equipment from his teammates due to sponsor commitments and was therefore not able to play, although those reports are unconfirmed.
The Victorian had started the tournament with scores of just 15 and 3, but he returned to his best with an unbeaten 33 against Rising Pune Supergiant on Friday.
Finch's spot in the side has been taken by Englishman Jason Roy as Mumbai won the toss and elected to bowl first.
