South Australia look set for a first-innings lead in their Sheffield Shield cricket clash against Victoria, despite an Aaron Finch century.
The Bushrangers were 6-263 at stumps on day two, trailing SA by 142.
Finch made 102, his first Shield ton for Victoria in more than six years, before he top-edged a Kane Richardson delivery going well down leg side.
Wicketkeeper Alex Carey took an excellent diving catch to secure the key wicket.
Sam Harper was 55 not out and John Hastings had made five.
Finch and Harper had put on 119 after tea for the sixth wicket and steady the shaky Victorian innings.
The Bushrangers slumped to 3-43 before Finch and opener Travis Dean combined for a 61-run stand.
Dean was out to a questionable lbw decision, with the delivery from spinner Adam Zampa hitting him high.
Victoria then slumped to 5-137 after tea when captain Cameron White attempted a back-foot drive off Richardson, only to play on.
The morning session featured six wickets as Victoria staged a fightback.
Victoria's pacemen bowled much better on Sunday, snaring 5-45 to restrict the day-one damage.
Tom Cooper was denied an emotional century when he misjudged the line of a Chris Tremain off-cutter.
His attempt at a drive only managed a thin inside edge and he was caught behind for 97.
Sunday is the second anniversary of Phillip Hughes' death and Cooper, his teammate and housemate, was at the non-striker's end when he was felled at the SCG.
SA players were wearing black armbands on day two as a tribute to Hughes.
Cooper had added four runs to his overnight score and was the second wicket to fall in the morning.
Tremain led the way for Victoria, taking 4-25 on Sunday morning for innings figures of 4-91.
SA captain Travis Head top-scored with 130 and opener Jake Weatherald made an impressive 88.
Saturday was Victoria's first bad day of cricket this Shield season.
They are unbeaten after three rounds and SA are second.
