— FOX SPORTS Cricket (@FoxCricket) September 16, 2014
The broadcast coverage will complement cricket.com.au's extensive editorial coverage that will include exclusive behind-the-scenes access provided by our editorial team touring with the Australian squad.
Australia will play one T20I, three ODIs, a four-day tour match and two Tests in the month-long tour against Pakistan ahead of a massive summer of cricket back home.
Cricket fans who don’t subscribe to Fox Sports will be able to follow the action on cricket.com.au via live scores and blogs, as well as reports, news, features and video highlights all available online.
Fast-bowling star Ryan Harris, newly announced as Nine Wide World of Sports commentator for the coming summer, will also be writing for cricket.com.au throughout the series to provide a valuable insight as he continues his recovery from knee surgery earlier in the year.
On top of the VB Tour of the UAE, Fox Sports also has rights to India v West Indies, New Zealand v Sri Lanka, South Africa v West Indies, England v New Zealand and the ICC Cricket World Cup.
Free-to-air broadcaster Channel 9 will show all Australian matches during the Cricket World Cupplus the knock-out stages, as well as a number of Matador BBQs One-Day Cupmatches in October before the big international season gets underway on Wide World of Sports in November.
